Brogan Group Middle East have achieved a record total of 7.3 million manhours without a lost time injury. An LTI is reportable for someone unable to return to work after 3 days.

With an average person working 90,000 hours over their career, this is equivalent to 81 working lifetimes worked safely.

Falls from height are consistently the top cause of fatalities within the construction sector across the world, so this total is all the more remarkable considering that working at height is what Brogan Group do across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK & Ireland.

This achievement dates back to 2009, when Brogan first entered the Middle East market, with 14 years of consistent safety standards alongside an expansion of the workforce that has nearly quadrupled in size during this period.

The Brogan Middle East Health & Safety team commented: “7.3 million manhours LTI reflects our best practices and reinforces our ultimate aim of ensuring that our workforce is kept safe whilst working on our behalf and that they return home safely each day. We are keen to continue on such a positive note with the support of all of our workforce and to hit the 8 million landmark by the end of the year."
