Regents Quarter, Kings Cross

Regent Quarter is a dynamic, mixed use urban regeneration project set to become one of London's most exciting places to live, work and relax.

The project consisted of the refurbishment and new construction of approximately 12 properties to provide a mix of used of residential, retail and commercial units. 

Our work involved erecting independent scaffold to the perimeter of the buildings, along with temporary roofs. In addition to this a steel RSJ bridged gantry war erected at the corner of Pentonville Road, outside McDonalds to allow them to remain open during the development. Other works included erecting independent scaffold, loading bays and scaffold staircases to the courtyard.

Internal work comprised of erecting birdcage scaffolds for roof works as well as lift shaft scaffold and leading edge handrails.
