Leverton Gardens

Works are now well underway on the refurbishment of the Leverton Gardens tower blocks in Sheffield. Main Contractor, Lovell are responsible for the overall project which involves the refurbishment of three tower blocks, each 15 storeys high.

Brogan Group supplied large number of mast climbers on block one (Keating House) and on block two (Wigan House). The mast climbers enabled Alument to carryout refurbishment works on behalf of main contractor Lovell. 

The single mast platforms were selected for use on this project to provide maximum flexibility to each elevation with each mast spanning 50m in height. The refurbishment works included the replacement of windows and rain screen clad on the facades of each tower.

Work was carried out whilst the tower blocks were occupied and therefore one of our main priorities was to minimize any disruption to the surrounding community throughout the project.
