Fenwicks

The Fenwicks development consists of an extension to the rear of Fenwicks department store used for added retail space.

Our work so far has involved erecting a scaffold gantry to the Brook Street elevation, along with scaffold staircases to the double stacked cabins on the gantry. In addition to this independent scaffold was erected to the rear of the building for new build and also demolition works to the existing building, and a range unit beam bridged loading platform was erected at roof level above the existing roof.

Internal works comprised of erecting scaffold staircases, leading edge handrails, lift shaft scaffolds, blockwork scaffolds and birdcage scaffolds have been erected to the atrium area up to the 5th floor.
