Bollo Lane, London

100 Bollo Lane was built using modular technology. The complex comprises three sections ranging at three, eight and 14 storeys in height. A total of 112 one, two and three bedroom flats, it also has 2000 sq.mt of commercial office space.

Located in London Borough of Ealing, West London, each home will be built to award-winning design specification, making the best use of all available space and incorporating features which perfectly fit the way London City makers live today. The generous floor to ceiling windows in every apartment flood the homes with light and frame the panoramic views across the City.

Tenants of the complex are able to enjoy ancillary space, including two ground floor resident lounges which include communal seating, games and work space.  In addition, 100 Bollo Lane will have two separate landscaped roof terraces with common space. The complex is designed to initiate a social environment for residents.

We won this contract having provided access for landmark modular projects in the past, including Mapleton Crescent, the largest modular residential tower in Europe and Apex House, the second largest modular built tower in the world.

Due to the Modular technology used on the site, the length of project is said to have shortened by 6 months and is not due for completion towards the end of 2019.

Brogan’s scope of work includes scaffold, mast climbers and hoists.
