Boland's Quay

Boland’s Quay development is set in the heart of Dublin’s thriving docklands and enjoys incredible views of the surrounding area. The history of the development dates back to the 1830s after having played a pivotal part in the fight for independence as a stronghold for revolutionaries during the 1916 Rising.

The complex includes grain storage, factorial buildings and houses that are being redeveloped as offices and apartments.

We have been providing a number of hoists to aid the construction of all three towers (the tallest of which is 51m) of the development. Initially, our hoists were used for the façade works of the building before providing access for the fit-out and cladding elements of the project.
