Scaffolding and hoist package secured on London Offices and Student Accommodation.
We have recently secured the scaffolding and hoist package for new London office and student accommodation located in Aldgate.
This £34m project comprises demolition of a job centre and construction of 19-storey student accommodation, 417 student rooms with prefabricated bathroom pods and kitchenettes and an office development at Back Church Lane.
This project is due for completion in summer 2015
