We have recently won a scaffolding access package for the development and alteration of Williams and Griffin department store in Colchester, Essex.
The Scheme comprises part demolition of building and construction of extension and refurbishment to Williams and Griffin Store and remodeling of external elevations and internal alterations. This development has been designed to achieve Very Good BREEAM rating. The associated works include sewer systems, infrastructure, enabling and landscaping.
Our remit include three large Layer system staircases. We look forward to working on this project in the near future.
