New works at Mount Street for the Grosvenor Apartments refurbishment project include the erection of four lifting beams for plant that will be hoisted to roof level.
Access works for main contractor John Sisk have involved internal scaffolding to the atrium of the building, external scaffolding consisting of a heavy duty gantry and the construction of several temporary roofs.
