The provision of access enabling cladding and roof works to be carried out at the £23.5m redevelopment at Alberta House is underway with cantilevered access scaffold erected at roof level to the full perimeter of Block A.

For cladding works, beams have been cantilevered off the 21st and 23rd floors and connected to internal jacked towers to support perimeter Cuplok scaffold. For the installation of roof works, scaffold has been tied back to internal buttresses at a high level.

We are providing scaffolding, twin and single passenger and goods hoists, and mastclimbers to the redevelopment, which will house 133 new residential units across three blocks; A, B and C, one of which is 25 storeys high.
