After securing various other packages on the 27-ha mixed use development site at Kings Cross, we have now also secured works for the 3,500 sq m podium contract, known as B0.
This podium structure will allow safe access to all sites on the development. The triangular shaped steel framed podium covers the plan area of the future Pancras Square, the centre of which will eventually have seven buildings.
While each building will have its own basement, the B0 podium provides a shared basement for all buildings for deliveries after construction. The podium is mostly a double-height space to accommodate plant during construction, and we will be supplying scaffold access for its construction. We look forward to being part of yet another project on the Kings Cross development.
