Brogan Group have secured the hoist package for the Gascoigne Estate West project in Barking. We are supplying a number of single configured 3.8 x 2.0m cage hoists to each of the blocks for the large housing development works. The project itself will see part of the 1960s estate redeveloped with over 40% of the homes designed to be affordable. Our hoists are due to be installed imminently with works running into 2022. The estimated value of the development is set to reach up to £1bn.
