Further Training for Site Personnel

We are pleased to report on the recent training achievements of our scaffolders, who undertake ongoing training and development in their particular fields.

A number of Brogan Group scaffolders have successfully been assessed at NVQ Level 2 which marks another rung on the ladder of scaffolder training for them; others have received training in the installation of Layher staircases, with others having IPAF training specifically for operating powered access equipment. 

Our aim is to ensure all members of site-based staff receive the prescribed training route to qualify as a scaffolder, or operative in the use of mast climbers and hoists. 

The Company takes an integrated approach to continually improve the skillset of all employees, and we are proud of their achievements in doing so.
