Cornelius Vermuyden School Arts College Secured

We have recently commenced works on the Cornelius Vermuyden School. The scheme comprises replacement of the school with up to 9,500 m² of secondary school accommodation. Works will include access roads, sewer systems, infrastructure, enabling and landscaping. The designs have been given a BREEAM* rating of ’Excellent’.

 *BREEAM is the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method for buildings. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to describe a building's environmental performance.
