We have recently secured the scaffolding and mastclimbers package for Westminster Business Square located on Durham Street, Vauxhall.
This project comprises complete demolition of two existing building towards the south east of the site and redevelopment to provide and additional 5137sqm business floor space and 104sqm of restaurant floor space.
It will combine both new and refurbished elements with the construction of a five storey building to the east of the site with a further refurbishment and extension of remaining buildings.
