Every month, our internal awards system recognises site operatives who have performed exceptionally well in their fields.
The most recent, is one of our mastclimbing and hoist operatives, who has been working on the Callow Estate development in Sheffield since 2009, where we supplied over seventy mastclimbers for external works.
Described as a keen and conscientious worker, he was chosen to receive Brogan Group’s individual award for December for his strong work ethic; having been noted for his accommodating attitude towards the clients specifications.
In addition to our rewards scheme, Carillion have praised one of our operatives on site in Stratford with a ‘Valuing People Certificate’ for ‘continually providing a helpful and reliable service’ during works.
