We are continuing the mastclimber access package on Buckhold road, Wandsworth Business village. The Wandsworth Town Centre regeneration will comprise 80,000 sq ft of commercial space and 209 new apartments, 156 for private sale and 53 affordable, which will be managed by Octavia Housing Association. We are currently providing a combination of single mast climbers and twin mast climbers, in a total of 29 positions.
The centre piece of the architecturally-led development will be a 16 storey residential tower, featuring contemporary materials and glazed cladding and communal rooftop gardens. Apartments will include private balconies, terraces and winter gardens. The scheme will also comprise street-facing properties up to six storeys high in traditional brickwork to complement the surrounding vernacular.
