Brogan Group has recently been awarded the internal and external scaffolding package for the Mixed Used Building known as the Manzel Building. The development, located in Nadd Al Shiba at Meydan, Dubai, has a construction value of $35m.
The Manzel Building will have a built-up area of 650,000 ft² and both Al Manzel 1 & 2 Meydaan will comprise of Apartment’s, Retail spaces and a car park.
The development is due for completion in April 2018.
