Brogan Group underwent a site audit from the Considerate Constructors Scheme this month, at the prestigious West London project, Dickens Yard.
41 out of a possible 50 were achieved, scoring ‘Exceptional’ and ‘Excellent’ across the board. The category’s scoring band met by the site team reads “The Company is at the forefront of industry best practice demonstrating the very highest level of achievement far above the minimum standards required by the Scheme’s Code and has addressed all questions on the Checklist to the highest standards.”
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is the national initiative, set up by the construction industry to improve its image.
Sites and companies that register with the Scheme are monitored against a Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage performance beyond statutory requirements. The Code consists of the following eight sections: Considerate, Environment, Appearance, Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safety, Responsible and Accountable.
