Work progresses over the last eight months at No. 1 Tudor Street since being awarded the access package from main contractor Balfour Beatty.

Our works consist of erecting birdcage scaffolds into light wells at basement level, erecting handrails to the ground floor and independent scaffold has been erected at roof level for roof works and canopies.

In addition to this four lift shafts have been erected and a haki staircase has been installed in the centre of the building.

Once complete the new build seven-storey office complex contract will comprise of a double basement, steel frame structure with hollow ribbed floors and full height glazing units set within aluminium curtain walling together with a Category A fit out. The design considers surrounding listed buildings and St Paul’s height.
