Brogan Group have been awarded a scaffolding access package for a Monorail Station, which will directly link with the Riyadh Metro network at the KAFD Station.
The scaffolding package will aid in the construction of the 3.6-kilometre elevated circular (one-way loop) track which will wind through the district. There will be a total of six elevated stations within the loop which serves the King Abdullah Financial District.
With completion due in 2027, the six trains are expected to carry up to 3,500 passengers per hour at peak times.
The project builds on Brogan Group's involvement in Riyadh's transport infrastructure, having previously provided internal and external scaffolding across five phases of the Riyadh Metro programme. The landmark development comprises 85 stations and six lines, creating a unified transportation network across the city.
