Westminster Apartments

Laing O’Rourke, have been appointed as main contractor for the build of Westminster Apartments which involved converting the old Westminster hospital building into accommodation.

Brogan Group has provided access throughout the development including the erection of independent scaffold clad with monoflex around the perimeter. Internal works including; the installation of various lift shaft scaffolds, block work scaffolds and hand rails for leading edge protection.

In addition to this the main scaffold was erected from a heavy duty steel bridged gantry on the north elevation above the footpath.
