New build office space on the historic racetrack site at Brooklands in Surrey for Exton/Rockspring.  Upon completion  the new build will provide 10,000 sq m of HQ office space within two connected buildings whilst fulfilling its obligation to meet carbon reduction targets with 10% of its energy derived from renewable sources and project BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’. 

Our remit includes the provision of single and twin mastclimbers to thirteen different positions  for cladding works, the entire project is due for completion by Autumn 2012.
