Travelodge Waterloo Road

The new Travelodge hotel being built on Waterloo Road in London will extend across three sites previously occupied by two buildings and a 1940’s office building. The 1940’s office building will remain while the other two buildings will be demolished.

The scheme will bring high quality and design to the building envelope. The scheme comprises the construction of a 278 bedroom Travelodge, and associated car parking, infrastructure, access road and landscaping. At street level, there will be a contemporary café bar and a large restaurant.

The development has been designed by Reardon Smith Architects and is scheduled for completion by winter 2009
