St. Regis Hotel Saadiyat Island

Brogan Group provided the scaffolding requirements for the works of the five-star St. Regis Hotel and Residences project on Saadiyat Island, off the coast of Abu Dhabi. 

The project consists of 380 luxury rooms, 259 residential apartments and 33 luxury residential villas.

Features include signature restaurants, a connecting bridge restaurant, conference and event facilities, and a health club.

As part of an overall project worth £315 million to develop Saadiyat Island into a tourism, leisure, and residential hub by 2020, St. Regis Hotel and Residences will include golf courses, retail and commercial space, as well as apartments and luxury villas, spread over 1800 hectares of land. 

Works began on site in August 2009 and completion was 2011.
