St. Ermins Hotel

Refurbishment and redevelopment works to St Ermin’s Hotel in Westminster have been valued at £30 million.

Adjacent to St James’s Park in London, the Victorian building was established as a hotel in 1905 after it was built as a block of mansion flats in 1887.

The access requirements are scaffolding, and goods and passenger hoists for a planned extension to the rear of the building and for refurbishment works to all bedrooms and meeting rooms. Further accommodation will also be created from office space in the building.
