Brogan Group will be supplying circa 3,000m2 of perimeter scaffold, the internal works including stairs, towers and birdcages and a number single configured passenger / goods of hoists.
On completion, Ship Street will be a mixed-use urban quarter as the further development of the Radisson hotel. The scheme will include additional hotel space as well as office, residential, cultural, retail uses and a convention centre.
The development is located in one of the most archaeologically sensitive areas of Dublin’s medieval city. A new pedestrian street will link Chancery Lane and Ship Street Great; on this route a new civic square will be created over the remains of the 7th-century St. Michael Le Pole church.
The development is scheduled for completion by the end of the year ready for occupation.
