Prospect House

Work at Prospect House consisted of refurbishment works to the existing building and demolition and rebuilding of the building from the 4th floor upwards. 

Further to this a unit beam bridged gantry was erected to the new Oxford Street elevation, with independent scaffold erected off the gantry. Independent scaffold was also erected to the rear elevation along with loading bays and large tube and fitting rubbish chutes. 

Internal works involved erecting lift and riser shaft scaffolds, handrails to riser edges and a separate roof independent scaffolds for rebuilding of the upper floors.
