We are providing a number of goods/passenger hoists to a new residential development at the Royal Docks in London. Brogan will be working on three separate blocks that will reach 10-13 storeys.
The development will comprise a collection of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It will benefit from a landscaped communal courtyard and will improve the existing public space to create an appealing setting, together with a new cycle path.
London’s Royal Docks brought a new era of trade and commerce to the capital in the 19th century. As part of the Royal Docks, the location of Pontoon Reach has a fascinating history, as well as a bright future.
Works are due to commence in April 2019 and complete in April 2020.
