Project comprises of £23m extensive  refurbishment works to create 11,000 sq m of high quality, contemporary office space.  This will include external and internal construction replacing the steel and glass façade outside will be bricks and punched windows, whilst indoors new lifts will be added as well as fitting electrical and mechanical services.

Our remit includes the supply, hire and erection of scaffolding to provide access for various trades working on the development.
