Brogan Group have won the Scaffold package for a new Quad for an Oxford University College.

We are now on-site providing access works for 74 student flats distributed across a trio of new quadrangle buildings, including the main building to be shared by the university college and a school.

The undulating curved design created by a leading Architectural firm adheres to Oxford’s city-wide height limit of 18.2m – a rule based on the height of the historic Carfax Tower, the remains of the 12th-century St Martin’s Church.

A student study space, music hall, and facilities for the adjacent preparatory school will also be included in the project, due for completion in the summer of 2023.
