The project comprises of new build office developments on the former North wing of Unilever House, North of the Thames. Once complete No.1 Tudor Street will be a striking building with predominantly glazed externals and over 70,000 ft² of flexible grade A space on 7 levels. The design considers surrounding listed buildings and St Paul’s height.
Our work consisted of a birdcage scaffold to the basement and lightwells, erecting independent perimeter scaffold to the roof. Internal works include the erection of scaffold staircase along with internal lift shafts, slap edge handrails and laydowns to riser and floor voids.
