On completion, Lewisham Exchange will provide 758 student rooms and 67 affordable homes over 35 and 20 storeys, revitalising Lewisham town centre and making a significant contribution to the town’s ongoing regeneration.

The buildings will be connected at the lower levels to provide an entrance to the Bakerloo Line Extension, as well as supporting the additional retail, commercial and student amenity spaces along the ground floor.

Brogan Groups access package includes 28 double stacked Mast climbers, some with zig-zag platforms that were specifically designed and fabricated to meet the need of the client. We are also supplying external scaffolding and several Goods/passenger hoists.
