Kings Cross R4

Plot R4, located in Zone R of the 67 acre Kings Cross redevelopment site in Central London, will be home to a new apartment building of 117 mixed tenure units. Two commercial units will sit at the ground floor and the building will be surrounded by a private courtyard. Our operations included scaffolding and the installation of hoists.

The development encompassed 8 million ft² (743,200 m²) in Kings Cross to create a mixed-use space of offices, shops, homes and a university.
