JW Marriott, Resort & Spa

The €290 million project entails the demolition of the existing Gulf Hotel to construct JW Marriott Abu Dhabi Resort & Spa five star hotel next to the Grand Mosque on Abu Dhabi Island.

Upon completion the resort will comprise of of a 10 building hotel complex, 88 chalets, a venetian style walk with serviced suites, P&B outlets and commercial outlets, serviced apartments building and a spa, a waterfornt marina, beach club and retail space.
