Jermyn Street

The project at Jermyn Street consisted of the demolition of 98-100 Jermyn Street for main contractor John Sisk. The demolition will retain the façade of 100 Jermyn Street and will facilitate the erection of a new six storey building comprising of retail at ground floor, office and four residential units on the upper floors.

Our work consisted of erecting independent scaffolds from a series of heavy duty gantry scaffolds on 2 elevations, for demolition works by controlled demolition. Once the building is demolished scaffolding will be re-erected for the new building being built by John Sisk.

Internal works consist of handrails to voids along with heavy duty crash deck within the basement car lift.
