Hammersmith Grove

Project comprises two office buildings providing 275,000 sq ft of new office space in Hammersmith Grove, West London.

The first phase of the development comprises 110,000 sqft of prime office space as well as 6,000 sq ft of cafes, restaurants and a significant new public realm. Works include the provision of scaffolding and heavy duty loading bays to various internal locations within the building for main contractor Wates.
