Great Arthur House, Central London

This Scheme comprises the design and construction for the 16 storey, 120 flat residential block. Great Arthur House a Grade II listed landmark building, part of the Golden Lane Estate, was built in 1956.

The New Line Estate was regarded from the outset as a model of social integration with early tenants including doctors, police officers, secretaries, cleaners and caretakers, and an emphasis on one bedroom flats for single people and couples.
