Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin

Brogan Group are supplying a combined access package for a site located next to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin 8, the mixed-use development consists of 5 blocks providing 550 residential units.

The 5 blocks range from 6 to 12 storeys (43 metres) with Brogan Goods Hoists servicing each of them, integrated with access scaffolding.

The Scaffolding is to be erected around an existing historic curved harbour warehouse but primarily around the new builds. Our remit includes loading bays, birdcage scaffold, scaffold fans and roof scaffold around the cores.

The site will include 76,000sq ft (7,000sq m) of retail, medical, co-working and childcare space and 18,000sq ft (1,700sq m) of amenity space once complete.
