College House

College House will be an environmentally sustainable ‘Grade A’ office building that obtains an entertainment facility to replace the Screen Cinema.

Upon completion, the development will be a ten-storey building inclusive of a 500-seater venue, a café, shops and a restaurant on the ground floor. Situated just north of Trinity College, it is in the perfect location to be a bustling hub for both locals and tourists alike.

Scope of works includes a scaffold package for the existing College House. Our scaffold is seeing the protection of the public as they pass by the development and it is also providing access for the works on the project.
