Chapter Highbury II, Holloway Road

Chapter Highbury II opened its doors in 2018 as luxurious student accommodation that comes fully equipped with a private cinema, gym, gaming area, social spaces, study spaces and a post room. The development comprises 212 equipped studio flats for students of several surrounding London Universities, inclusive of London Metropolitan that is a mere 4-minute walk away.

Due to its central location in the vibrant, cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Islington and being a stones throw from Holloway Road, Chapter Highbury II has gone on to become a popular choice of accommodation amongst London students.

We provided the scaffold package that enabled the construction of the development – the package included the erection and the dismantling. In addition to the scaffold, we also worked extensively with the client in order to provide the design of the project.
