Capstan House

Brogan Group has been awarded combined access for Capstan house, which is part of a £250m renovation of the Republic office complex in East London. Built in the 90s, Republic is an office development with retail and leisure amenities situated on a 6.4-acre island site in the London Docklands.

During this renovation, developers are looking to redefine the complex by attracting the next generation of entrepreneurs and start-ups. Richard Hywel Evans, Director of Studio RHE - the workplace designers for the project - described his vision for the development as being the 'workplace of the future'.

Brogan Group will be providing hoist and mast climber access for the project which is due for completion in December 2018.
