Caledonian Road

Caledonian Road is a mixed-use development in London N7. Complete with a fully equipped private gym, a 24-hour concierge service and a large glass-fronted entrance lobby.

The scheme has seen two existing office blocks demolished and replaced by a series of pastel-hued buildings that go up to 11 storeys. A total of 252 residential units were on offer, both 1-2 bedrooms. 102 of these units fell under affordable housing, as well as retail and office space.

The development was a stylish new landmark for the North London neighbourhood, with an ideal location between sought after Islington and the vibrant regeneration area around King’s Cross. It transformed an aging and somewhat forgotten about area and brought it back to life.

Scope of works included an access package made up of 3 of our main services on offer – scaffolding, mast climbers and also a number of goods/passenger hoists.
