Bridgeway Development

Bridgeway is a (AED500m) multi-use development comprising a hotel (Rocco Forte Collection Hotel), apartments and shopping centre which will transform the area around Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi.

Our remit on the new build includes the provision of access using both scaffolding and mast climbers.

The five-star development will include a 281 room, 21 storey hotel, 142 serviced apartments, 91 long term rental apartments, a health club, conference centre, 6,000 sq m shopping centre with food court and car parking spaces.
