Bonham Quay, Dublin

We have secured two more projects in North inner-city Dublin. For the first, located in The Liberties, Dublin 8, we have been contracted to provide scaffolding access for the construction of four volumetric-build apartment schemes. Bonham Park on Bonham Street will include 57 apartments, comprising 26 one-bed, 26 two-bed and 5 three-bed units, together with 3 multi-purpose units for community and enterprise uses, all set around a landscaped courtyard and play areas.

The apartments will cater for people on the City Council’s social housing list and have an expected build time of 12 months. The housing scheme will complement planned work to development a new park at Bridgefoot Street, which is also expected to commence later next month.

The second contract is to provide scaffolding access for a project on Oscar Traynor Road, opposite the North Side Shopping Centre. Works have already commenced there on a residential project for the construction of 64 apartments, 14 houses and associated site works.
