12 Arthur Street is a superb new office development comprising a total of 105,663 ft² (9,816.4 m²), which is available on a floor by floor basis. Work on site consisted of erecting independent scaffold to the perimeter of the building. In addition to this, two heavy duty RMD gantries were erected to two of the elevations, with independent scaffold for stone cladding and window work. This scaffold also featured external cantilevered loading bays at floor levels.
Internal scaffolds consisted of independent scaffold to the atrium perimeter, lift shaft scaffolds, internal block work scaffolds, leading edge handrails and birdcage scaffolds were erected to the main reception area.
Additionally, heavy duty bridged gantry scaffold was erected to the North elevation, with a scaffold hoist founded from the gantry.
Main contractor, HBG Construction completed this project at the end of 2006.
