An access package for the refurbishment of the existing building at One Aldermanbury Square in the City of London is occupying a prominent position in the centre of London, this 65,600 sq. ft. office block provides clear open plan floors, varying between 8,500 and 10,000 sq. ft. 

This project comprises of the refurbishment to the interior, including a new reception area, the reconfiguration of the existing central stability core to accommodate new services and risers, plus alterations to the toilet block.

The major element of this project is the replacement of the sixth floor with a new office extension, with a plant enclosure above.
