Yas Integrated Resort Arena, Abu Dhabi

We are providing a scaffold package that includes the supply, installation and dismantling of access scaffolding for the steel works on a multi-purpose arena.

Construction work on the 18,000 seat Yas Arena in Abu Dhabi is well underway. Upon completion, it will be used to host gigs and sporting events in a temperature-controlled environment. The UAE is renowned for its warm winters and hot summers that see average temperatures reaching above 45 °C (113 °F) on the coastal plain during July and August, the temperature-controlled environment in the Yas Arena will be welcomed by its visitors.

Along with the arena, the destination resort will also include a 604-bedroom family hotel, retail outlets, restaurants and a series of carefully landscaped public spaces. The scheme forms part of a much wider plan to transform Yas Island to a one-stop destination for tourism and business.

The project is due for completion towards the end of this year.
