Work at Merchant Square is rapidly advancing with the drain down of the basin to allow for the basement of West End Reach to be completed.
Our recent works includes the erection of a 2nd hoist which has been erected to sixteenth level and is being used to transport materials to and from the basement from other levels.
West End Reach is to be clad in vertical marble strips every three floors modifying the bulk area of the frontage onto the canal and visually reducing the scale and contrasting with the glass curtain walling they back on to, the building will also be topped by a roof garden for residents.
