Our Wembley team have been working on E01 & E02 since last Summer. Combi safe has gone up on blocks 1 & 2 and these blocks are nearing completion. Work is due to begin on block 3 of the development.
The 4 twin goods/passenger hoists that are located at Wembley have been in heavy use on block 1 (currently at level 15), and block 2 (currently at level 13). The four blocks will range from 12 to 15 storeys upon completion of the project.
The project will consist of 633 residential units and 3,376 square meters of non-residential space including retail and residential amenities. The project will form a major part of one of the largest area regenerations in the UK totalling 85 acres.
We are looking forward to seeing more progress leading to the completed project that is due to happen in 2020.
